Everything was excellent from the room cleanliness to the awesome staff. I have extended my stay like three days so I got to meet the Staff shifts from the cleaning housekeeping to the manager to staff. Everyone was freaking amazing and I don’t give compliments. Thumbs up I would definitely stay at this place to get

If you keep in mind, this is a BUDGET property. You will not be disappointed. They have updated some aspects of the room over the past three or four years. We have stayed there for medical appointments. The workmanship isn’t the greatest. Our room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but nothing expensive either.

The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are very welcoming. They resupply the towels soap and shower on a daily basis. AC are also cleaned regularly and the sheets are changed daily. Also they help in anything you might need in the city including restaurant suggestions as well as uber and buses. Great place in general.

The king bed suite is literally a studio apartment. Very roomy and comfortable. The location is to die for. A stone throw away from the Rice Village and TX med center.

The bed was comfortable, the location is great, in a leafy area near Rosemont, the zoo, museums and some lovely restaurants. The manager gave us so many tips for places to go that we'll have to return ;-)

Everything was cleaned and we had a whole kitchen in our room. Didn’t use it but now we know.

The room was clean, but the surprise was that the room had a small kitchenette with a 2 burner stove and full size fridge .A big plus was that our room was quiet...no outside noise to interrupt our sleep.

This hotel is very well located in a nice neighborhood and close to the NRG center and Astrodome. You'll get there in 5 min. It is very clean, convenient and beds are really comfortable. AC is a bit noisy but you won't notice it after a while. You have a very big fridge, sink and microwave at your disposal. Everything was sparkling clean when we got here. This is a very decent and convenient stay but is not luxurious if that is what you are seeking. Safe and quiet is something to mention also. I had a great stay and definitely will be reserve again on my next visit to NRG and Houston. Very recommended.
